By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies

CANCEL/MODIFY ORDER

Please contact our support team within 4 hours since your order is placed to make a request in cancellation/exchange the item or change/update your order information.

NOTE:

• After this timeframe, any request relates to cancellation or modifications won’t be accepted and the item will be processed as normal.
• We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in a timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design as your request.

30 Days Refund/Replacement Policy

The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days Refund/Replacement Policy,If you are offered a refund or a replacement order,there will be no return the received item.

• Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work  
• Item received is different from the description or the product customization infos 
• Lost /missing items 
• Incorrect item as you ordered 

No Refund&Replacement 

The following reasons are NOT support Refund&Replacement Policy:

• Request for a refund/replacement is after 30days of product delivery.
• Pick the wrong size,product,address,custom information,etc.
• Product damaged by misuse,mishanding,or poor maintenance.
• Item that have been washed,worn,or damaged resulting from the customer's handing.
• Personal Reasons due to change of mind,etc.
