Frequently asked questions
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see. A relaxed everyday snap from your phone works perfectly — no studio shoot needed. If the photo isn't quite right, we'll let you know.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum, no surprises at checkout. We print at regional facilities whenever possible to keep delivery times short.
When will I get my order?
For custom portraits, your proof is ready within 24 hours. Once you approve it, we print in 3–7 business days, then ship — most orders arrive within 8-10 business days after that. Abstract pieces skip the proof step and go straight to printing. Every order is tracked.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What if I don't love it?
You'll never receive a custom portrait you haven't approved — we'll revise your proof until it feels right. Because each one is made just for you, custom portraits aren't returnable for a change of mind, though we'll always reprint or refund if something arrives damaged or incorrect. Ready-made abstract pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
